Using the ethereal artwork of his father for his bottles, Mordrelle Wines' talented winemaker Martin Moran has created a perfectly balanced bottle-fermented cider. The cider is a hidden treasure of the Hills, and using the 'method traditionelle' is a different level in cider. Vale Ale also provide Dr Pilkington's Miracle cider, a quirky and deliciously dry cider - exactly what the Doctor ordered. Spiced Apple Crumble tea is handcrafted by Fine and Dandy Teahouse. Smoked almonds and verdale olive oil are sourced from local artisans from the Fleurieu Peninsula. Apple chutney and flavoursome fig paste provides the dips to Woodside providore Kris Lloyd's flower crackers. Imagine opening this hamper under an apple tree and indulging in the gifts within. This is an orchard treasure chest and a well-deserved present.

- Made with South Australian grown Granny Smith apples and some added spice (& love), this fruit tisane tea is just like the apple crumble your nan made. May contain traces of nuts, soy and dairy.

- Rare to find in the Adelaide Hills, this bottle fermented cider has light macadamia notes and brioche flavour tones, taking the taste experience to the next level. The traditional method of fermentation keeps the integrity of the primary fruit and its subsequent freshness.
- Gourmet Entertainer fig paste
- Blended from the finest figs and lemon juice, this sublime fig paste will make a fine accompaniment to camembert, cheddar, salami or smoked salmon. Gluten Free.

It is the policy of Williams & Taylor to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please return it within 28 days for an exchange or refund, by the original method of payment.
In the event that your hamper or its contents arrive damaged or faulty, we will happily replace, exchange or issue a credit depending on the extent of the damage.
We require photographs so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product.
Once the package is with our couriers, we are unable to cancel the order.
Please note some of our produce is seasonal and can be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will substitute for a similar product of equal or greater value.
Yes, of course! Please contact us via phone or email and tell us what you would like to do! We can change wines to your preference, or add in a particular product or products as you require. We've sent a hamper to a client going to Siberia and included woolly gloves, and created a hamper made of up entirely of different types of SA olives for a pregnant lady. You'll do well to surprise us!
